We have three services available for patients on-line; our long established on-line repeat medication ordering and on-line appointment booking which has been supplemented by on-line access to patient records. For all services you will need to be registered for using this service; please contact our Reception for further information to register on line services, preferably after 10.30am. 

Obtaining Your Registration Information

To obtain your registration information:

Come to the Surgery in person with suitable identification (photo-ID preferred) and ask the receptionist for details on how to register for Patient Access.  You will receive details through the post and simple to follow instructions which are set out below. 

Repeat Medication

You are able to request your repeat medication online using the surgery Patient Access online system.

Please note: Before you are able to use this service you must first have access to your personal registration information. Please read the information below.

Online Appointment Bookings

On-line appointment booking is available with our Doctors and Advanced Nurse Practitioner. Patients who are already registered with the practice for on-line prescriptions will automatically be able to book appointments on line. Please see above ‘obtaining your registration information’ if you wish to use these services.

How It Works 

Each day some appointments will be released automatically for booking on-line by patients; these will be filled on a first come first served basis.  Initially the number will be relatively small, but will be increased during 2015.

Appointments will be released for patients as they do now within in the surgery, 7 days, 2 days and one day in advance.

Advanced Nurse Practitioner (ANP)

The ANP can see the majority of patients, though please note that she is unable to see:

  • Patients with depression or low mood
  • Children under the age of 6 months

Online Access to Patient Records

We are providing patients with access to enable to view their Allergies and Medication details.  You will be able to view these details using the surgery Patient Access online system.  Please see above ‘obtaining your registration information’ if you wish to use these services.

First Time Use of Patient Access Online Services

  • Once you have received your registration document in the post:
  • Click on SystmOnline Login (tpp-uk.com) and follow the log-on instructions
  • Select REGISTER
  • You will be prompted for your personal login details, which will be on your registration letter, previously obtained from the surgery

Text message Reminders

New Data Protection Regulations from May 2018 (GDPR)

Under the new data protection regulations introduced from 25th May 2018, we will continue to contact patients via text messages regarding the delivery of care if they have provided consent to do so.

If practices are sending messages about recommended treatment for the management of a specific health issue, then this is defined as providing appropriate care for patients, not marketing purposes.
